7/31/23 10:32 am. Yes they just opened and I was expecting a wait for the food. BUT The Classic chicken sandwich I ordered came as two THIN chicken strips on a bun ☹️. Why they thought this would be ok to charge me full price for a sandwich that was lazily made with a cheaper product is ridiculous. If you needed to cook the piece of chicken Breast I would have waited a little longer than I was already had to.

2 stars may be generous. I’m not sure if customer service is in any of the employees vocabulary. We stood there for a good 5 min waiting to order as several people wonder by. Then while taking the order I asked about getting a “chilled mug” for my drink (an A&W staple) and she gave me this blank stare. I explained, and still confused, she yells back to a manager, who then yells back, were sold out! I didn’t want to buy one…. I decided to move on and finish my order. I love A&W but this puts a bad taste in my mouth.

Sign says lobby is open until 8pm. We were turned away, *after* coming inside the unlocked door that had the sign claiming they were open until 8pm, at 7:30pm. If your door is open, and that open door says you are open, you should not turn away customers. I will not be back.

It’s very sad how poorly both A&w and KFC are being represented at this location. It’s actually kind of sad how downhill both of these companies have gone in general since they have attempted to merge. If the only way you can order is online and there is literally no actual reliable website for either one is completely ridiculous. And I don’t care how bad I want a root beer float I’m not waiting in the Drive-Thru for an hour.

Shoutout to Dominique! Despite a&ws poor welcome he was friendly and helped right after getting off his shift. KFC closes walk-ins at 8 but we had a truck and trailer so we were incapable of doing the drive thru. KFC has high prices and small opening times. The food is decent but doesn’t justify how hard it is to get the food.
