My sister picked me up a box meal, she got a coffee that had no flavor an order of cinnamon twist and didn’t get them. I opened my box meal, in it I got a crunch wrap supreme, 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twist. My crunch wrap had lettuce, tomatoes, the tostada, paper thin light amount of nacho cheese but nothing else, the tortilla wasn’t even grilled, it was just an open tortilla. What the hell taco bell? Now I know why people are sueing you over this, horrible.

I went inside to order and all of the employees were staring at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there, as if I disrespected them by daring to walk in to get food. They’re inattentive and just gave me an extra weird vibe. I’ll drive a little further next time, and hopefully that taco bell knows how to wrap a burrito so all the contents don’t come spilling out.

Forced me to use self check out. Ordered supreme tacos didn’t get supreme anything. Just meat, cheese and lettuce plus lil attitude but whatever wont ever return and now I see why it was *completely* empty in there.

This corporates problem. Multiples times I’ve tried the drive thru before 10pm in the past few months and they’re closed… seems like a supply chain issue. This last time was for an Uber eats order too.. smh
