Marcos is the best pizza in Welcome. The manager is incredible! Super helpful and always willing to give her best customer service. We come to this location because of her. She can do it all. She deserves a raise and please remember to put tips in the jar. Tips on cards are not received by the staff. Tip them well, they are working when so many others are not. I sincerely appreciate that. Sometimes a quick pizza night is just what a family needs!

2nd time ordering and both times we received the wrong pizza. Waited 35 minutes for order. Was told they would remake it but couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get it to me because they had other orders and had no way of knowing. Smh! Shouldn’t I be put at the top of the list. Pizza Hut will get my business from now on AND they offer free delivery!!

So far this Marcos Pizza has been awesome. Tonight we had a pizza and subs. The pizza was incomplete as the crust was ordered with double garlic and came with none. The subs were excellent if you like HAIR in them and the dressings were incomplete as well; no mayo. They replaced the subs that were tainted, but I had to make a second trip to the store. However, the contents of ingredients were half the amount on the original subs. The steak and cheese subs along with the chicken club barely had any meat at all. Portion control is critical whether it’s too much or not enough. In observance it appeared to be an all new staff with questionable experience as there were too many mistakes twice in concession on a $45 order. All the while the manager sat at his desk doing paperwork. Now I’m a retired Army cook with twenty years experience, I’ve managed and owned my on restaurants and I realize mistakes happen in the rush of preperation sometimes, but they were not busy. I feel the manager was not overseeing his crew their training and maintaining the quality of their products. I’m very disheartened at this occurrence and feel my business would be better appreciated elswhere.
