It just sucks that I place an order on the app so I won’t have to worry about somebody that hates their job, taking my order. I shouldn’t expect anything more than I get from this place. It’s my fault. Please hire people that want to work. If you can’t do that, automate this and shut the doors to the public. This location is terrible. Terrible attitudes, terrible service (made me pull up with nobody behind me), chicken nuggets were cold. It’s my fault.

Several visits through the drive thru, and they didn’t complete our orders. The last 2 consecutive visits we didn’t get all that we paid for-today was the 2nd consecutive time and they cheated us out of 2 items ordered. The person taking orders reads it back correctly, but whoever is filling the order- maybe can’t read. When I try to call and speak to someone, no answer and unable to leave a message. We are done being cheated out of food and money. We will take our business elsewhere and warn everyone else about the unsatisfactory service!

Went Saturday around 2 and there was a line of people inside so I went to the kiosk to order, little did I know most of those people where from the drive through and were all wanting a refund for waiting so long. There was a “manager” there and three other workers who mostly walked around not knowing what to do. -one in which just kept laughing.

The crew/staff at this McDonalds handled our bus load of 3rd graders with epic professionalism. I was amazed at how easy they made feeding 40 kids look! The bathrooms were clean, the kids were happy and the teachers were relieved. Thank you

We went around 2 in the morning and the line took forever. When we pulled up to the first window, there was a sign taped to it saying next window. So we waited the 20 min til we could pull up to the next window. When we got to the second window, the guy who was there was obviously high and then I understood why everything was moving so slowly. My family and I pulled up at 10:31 and after a lengthy wait in the drive thru, it was our turn to order. I proceeded to speak my order, which started with ,”May I have please have 5 M doubles…..” Before I could continue, the man in the drive thru hollered, “FIVE????” He then asked if he could be honest with me and stated “we are really slow right now and you are going to have to wait a long time for such a large order” I think that I speak for most people when I say that I am tired of lazy fast restaurant workers. If the restaurant is open, you provide great customer service until closing time. I get it, the employees want to go home; however, my suggestion would be to find a job elsewhere and not negatively impact the owner/operators revenue by being lazy and discourteous to customers.
