Went in on a Friday evening and there were almost no customers but many employees, and I still had to wait nearly 15 minutes for them to make 2 pizzas. I used to work at papa Murphy’s in high school and I would be embarrassed by the lack of urgency here on a Friday. I literally could have gone behind the counter and made my own food quicker. I only stopped here because it was on my way home but I’ll make sure to go to the Roy or Clinton store next time, like usual. Obviously the food is fine but the service was rough.

I’ve never understood why Papa Murphy’s is so popular, you have to cook the Pizza yourself but it still costs more than most other pizza places and it doesn’t taste any better in my opinion. There was nothing particularly bad about this Papa Murphy’s I just am not a fan of the company as a whole, the pizza is very average.

Only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is the accuracy of the time the pizzas were to be picked up. Still had to wait about 10 minutes after the specified time for them to finish making them.
