Brisket just came out of the smoker, dear sweet land of promise, it was SO tender. The fries are like Thrasher’s, and you can splash vinegar or ketchup on them, but you really don’t need too. They were seasoned perfectly…not just seasoned salt on the top, oh no, they tossed them in seasoning as soon as the fries were up, letting each bite covered in perfection. I got mac & cheese as my other side, and if you like the cheesy mac style, it’s totally for you, I prefer a beshamel base and not just cheese and milk, ah, but don’t worry, I ate every bite. I gave it 5 stars because I will definitely go back to try the other meats. Come out and support local. Also, they are very patriotic, which is a plus in my book. Love them, and you will too. ❤

Went here on an Friday evening for dinner. Staff was friendly (one star) and establishment was clean (one star)? I really dislike complaining especially with a small local businesses, however expectations vs. what we received left a lot to be desired, especially for the cost. Hoping my feedback may help them to improve. They were out of some things, like the Brisket. So we settled on the ribs platter with baked beans and collard greens.

The peanut butter and honey ribs are amazing. Smoked sausage super delicious. I also got the deviled eggs topped with bacon. They were good but a little too much mustard for me, but don’t think I didn’t eat them lol. Beans were ok, I liked the fact there was 3 different types of beans but again heavy on the mustard. Finally the coleslaw was delicious. I put the rest in the fridge as I like Cole slaw cold. It got a little warm from the ride home. Overall a great experience and I will be back.

Wife and I picked up dinner there last night. Ordered a platter and a couple orders of tacos. Everything was wonderful! Easily evident that everything was made in house. The homemade sauces were an extra treat, especially the white BBQ sauce and the sweet and spicy. The chef is super talented. Will be back soon!

This place is delicious!! The people that run it are so kind, helpful, and the food is so good. I love the layout of the whole place, and I’m so excited for this establishment to be open! The vibe on the inside is really calm and nice. I don’t get a panic attack every time I go in there like Mission BBQ. Y’all are the best. Keep up the good work! (Killer sauce, meats are delicious, sides to die for.. ok I’m done)

Savory, smoky, melt in your mouth tender meats (the pulled pork and chicken quarters were an excellent choice) and equally cared for sides (hand cut fries reminiscent of the boardwalk and creamy mac). The best BBQ I’ve had in Salisbury in a long time.
