It’s 10:10 pm on a Friday night. Google says there supposed to be open, sign on the door shows the close at 11:00 and neon open sign is on. Door is locked up tighter than a tick.

This store has fallen off big time. If you go there in the evening, the online pizza portal (the main reason I even order from LC) is useless…because the door WILL BE LOCKED so they can run all orders through the drive thru. Management needs to hire enough people to run the place properly or at least put the proper people in place that can handle the traffic this store has.

I just left from here I ordered what’s suppose to be “Hot&Ready” 1 pepperoni pizza! I waited 7 minutes at the ordering speaker then pulled up to the window and took them 8 more minutes to open the window for me to pay for 1 pizza that’s suppose to be “Hot&Ready”! So I Google this location to see what time they close thinking that they were close to closing time and that’s why it took that long….. but NOPE! They close at 11pm and it was approximately 8:20pm when I ordered!

Was told to pull around and waited one hour for the food. tried calling about it on multiple phones and no answer. waited literally one hour. finally when we called from another STATE they answered and said the pizza had been done for a while when they were to bring it out

These folks are under-staffed or something, bad. It takes forever to be acknowledged and order at the speaker, forever to even be acknowledged at the window, and averages 30 minutes of park and wait for “hot and ready” items. I have never been here at a time when the advertised “hot and ready” items weren’t a 20-30 minute wait. Also I’ve been told by very frustrated staff that they are working 8+ hours without a break, including bathroom breaks. That is insane! Pay people, hire people, get good management, something.
