This was the worst experience I could have ever had at a restaurant. Elizabeth was as rude and unhelpful as a worker can get. I drove around for a total of 25 minutes looking for parking because Elizabeth hung up on me when I called for help. She also refused to hand me my order when I stopped right in front of the store because she claimed to be too busy. I was tired of driving around FOR NEARLY 30 MINUTES looking for the parking area. I paid for my order over the phone so I did not want to leave it either.

The food was good. I have ordered 3 dishes and number one was pad thai. Number two penne rosa with parmesan cheese and the last but not least was mac & cheese. Service was fast and I was waiting around 7-8 minutes for my to go order.

Very dry pasta. We ordered pesto cavatappi with extra sauce as well they charged for it and just gave a spoon of extra sauce. And pasta was very dry. Absolutely no seasoning. Very small portions. Wouldn’t recommend! This is our third experience.

Ordered the Penne Rosa with Tofu and the Tofu was like leather. This happened on my last order as well. I figured I would try ordering the Tofu again and see if it was a one-off, but it is definitely not. IF i order again Tofu will NOT be part of my order.

This was our first visit to this particular franchise location. We went after a family event for a relaxing lunch and it was a really nice experience! We were immediately greeted in a friendly manner and were helped and served quickly. The layout of the restaurant is nice and has an outdoor area for dining, unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate today. The food was very good as it always is, it was cooked exactly as ordered and was made in a short amount of time. My only real complaint was the lack of available chopsticks which we were told are currently out of stock and on backorder. The lighting and seating area overall is quite nice. We will return to this location. I recommend it!

The employee who took our order was rude. When I asked her to be a little nicer she said that I didn’t ask her how she was doing. In my opinion, she was the one who should have asked us. Either way, the whole situation took place over me asking if a cookie counted as part of the meal. She went and listed all other options which is not what I asked for. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.
