The person who prepared my pizza wasn’t courteous and seemed like she didn’t even want to prepare it. My wife and I watched as she dropped a piece of mushroom, then picked it off the dirty countertop and put it on the pizza instead of throwing it into the trash. First impressions get noticed.

When we lived in Wisconsin, Papa Murphy’s was almost a staple in our house. We were so excited when one came to Rainbow City. Well, the experience has not been all that and a bag of chips. The first time we went, the customer service was not great, they didn’t have all the ingredients required for what we ordered. Instead of asking if we wanted a different pizza, they substituted. Not a good option. The last time we went, the gal making our pizza was also busy flirting with another customer. the ingredients were not evenly spread on the pizza. Then our niece offered to use her EBT card as there was a sign on the door saying they accepted EBT. She was promptly told they do not accept EBT. If that is the case, remove the signs. Probably not going back to this store unless I read they have their stuff together.
