The worst of the worst Dunkin iv ever been to! So rude it’s crazy! I asked for a refresher with green tea and he’s like we don’t add green tea to it. I’m like what? That’s not possible it says on a refresher with green tea or milk and he’s like no that’s wrong. I’m like ummm what u add in? he’s like we add milk. I’m like how is that possible I always get it with green tea. He’s like no sorry I can’t. He was very rude on top of that. I was so shocked I left, how does the owner and manager not know what the employees are doing and saying to their customers. Do they not care if they loose customers??? Whoever is the manager and boss, you guys lost so many customers and business. Cause I will post all over social media about u guys and ur rude employee that told me that. He works there at night and has a beard. He didn’t tell me his name. Just disgusting!!!! And pathetic!!!

Staff needs to be trained correctly. Every time I come here, my order is either wrong, or completely messed up. The young kid in particular. Each and every time, he can not comprehend an order if his life depended on him. Will never be back again to this location.
