This is my son’s favorite restaurant. We loved Noodles and Company in Denver and seek it out when traveling. The food was good but different from what we remember. The recipe must have changed. No music in the restaurant but relatively clean. Counter service was a positive experience.

Seems like every location they hire younger and dumber people I get it it’s fast food but like come on now..or you pay all this money for old food. The lettuce is brown and these people never listen. They never get their order right it’s about that time people make your own pasta at home.

Okay, here’s the reason I give Noodles and Company a high rating: my kids will eat here and there is a healthy side option like broccoli. I’m not just getting them a burger and fries. My own meal was tasty. It was an easy option for a busy night.

We ordered the meatballs. Had almost no sauce. Ordered the pasta Fresca and the pasta is extremely undercooked and there is again no sauce. It tastes like we are just eating noodles that just came out of boiling water. Horrible experience. Boyfriends first time eating here too. This is during their peak dinner time so should be better. What a waste of money.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s so difficult to find a company that ACTUALLY cares for their guests and this is one. I’m a regular here and they’ve memorized my order. One time the noodles were dry and I contacted them, Nicole emailed me to apologize and offer me a free bowl. I didn’t realize extra sauce was an option at additional cost. I declined the free bowl because I was still planning on continuing to pick up food here, but today I found a free food bowl ticket in my bag of food. I’ve never had a place actually listened to me and cared. I ordered my usual penne Rosa today and it was the BEST lunch I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this Noodles & Company!

Make sure your pasta is fresh. I just ordered the buttered noodles w parmesan crusted chicken. I took a couple bites and the noodles were so dry and gummy, they formed into this gooey ball in your mouth. I had to throw away. I should have went back in and complained, but I got a carryout and was already on highway. The other location I go to in UA is always amazing.
