Call in food 20 mins ahead of time but sit in line 20 mins plus because the person at the window has been sitting there for over 15 mins. Whoever took my order on the phone was not courteous nor friendly. Asked her if she got an item I said she said yes i said okay and thank you and she just hung up. Had heard this place had gone down hill since different takeover. So finally get up to window, not all my items are in bag nor is there ranch for pickles. Get home and the cheesesteaks are half full. Very disappointed with Hwy 55! Service and food used to be so much better!

My visit today didnt sit well with me. When coming to this location I expect to see smiles and feel welcomed. Well today I was asked my name after placing my order and when providing my name the young lady in turned repeated another last name as of I didnt know what my last name was which I found to be rude.Then my orangeade had no flavor whatsoever . I was highly satisfied with my food and the cooks promptness to getting it prepared. When walking back in to ask for my order another young lady tried to get another payment and then made a confused expression when advising my order was paid. She then just handed me my order without any condimnets such as tartor or cocktail sauce let alone a straw. I had to ask for the straw to only get back to work and find I had no utensils. This is not the service you expect to recieve from HWY 55. lve been here before and had good expereinces.

Update- The prices went up. The servers are always nice and attentive. The food is fast and very good. While there you must get a frozen custard! As good as it always is.

Took my brother here for his birthday.He has always looked out for me .Growing up with just enough he helped carry me until I could carry myself.Taking him out for lunch is just a very small showing of love and appreciation.Him ,myself and my baby boy enjoyed the outing.We will do this again soon.The service and the food was great.I hadn’t been here in a while.I am glad we did.

On my last visit to get that great custard ice cream. I was so disheartened. I think they bought it at some outlet. The color of it was yellow. And you could not taste any condensed milk in it. If that is the way they’re changing their custard. I will not go back again. I threw my dish of Custard in the trash.
