My sister and I went through the drive through approximately two o’clock on Friday, August 25. It wasn’t busy but we still had to wait for someone to take our order. When employee started taking order, she sounded frustrated. We were seeing on the order screen that things that we ordered being taken off. She was asking questions and we were trying to make the order clear to employee. My sister asked if she got the order. The microphone was not clear on the outside. Employee said that sister didn’t have to be so rude and that she wasn’t taking order and shut off microphone. One star is lowest I can go. I don’t have to badmouth Dunkin Donuts, employee doing good job on her own. That’s how you lose business.

This is the worst dunkin in Manchester. I try to avoid it at all costs but sometimes because it’s so convenient to where I live I will stop in (hoping it‘s a better experience than the last)….I always regret it. The staff is rude and they don’t care about the quality of their products.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time I’ve experienced the same issue. The drive in is very slow and I didn’t bother waiting this time. So I opted to get my “on the go” order inside. Typically it’s understandable that I’d have to do this at 8:50 AM. However, when I was at the counter waiting for the person to ask me if I would like some assistance, I noticed that the people on drive thru had no sense of urgency. The same as the employee at the counter/register. There were 2 employees chatting about non work related things. And one person at the drive thru watching and waiting for the order. Another employee looked to the several people waiting in the lobby and yelled “yall waiting for food”. If I was guessing, I’d say that moral and urgency starts at the top. I know it can get busy at this time of day. But with 6 people working, I feel like the fact that each order seems to take longer makes it seem busy because of all the orders getting piled up.

This is for the Dunkin on Center St. Manchester. The cold brew was good and made ad ordered. The main issue that I have had at this location, and why I don’t go tonthis one usually, is the drivethru service is slooow. 4 cars in front of me and it took >15 minutes to go through.

If the people could follow your order directions. It would be great. But they just cant. What is so hard about toasting a bagel dark instead of having a barely warmed up bagel. Or asking for no cream cheese and getting a mountain of it on a cold bagel. Whats hard about that?
