onion rings were old and chewy…chicken filets that beeped in the fryer for 5 minutes before they were taken out so dried and burnt. 20 plus minutes to get our order. only two ppl in site working both who seemed like they were pretty new to the job and struggling. no manager ever came out to help as they struggled. the only items that we didnt just throw out were our drinks but I didn’t have the heart to complain or ask for a refund. the employees were trying hard..it wasnt their fault they were left in such a bad situation. management, owners and the bk corporation should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a horrible situation to happen and continue.

It was clean, the people there were nice. One young man was covering the counter where I was ordering, and taking orders from people in the drive-thru. He kept both orders and answered questions on both side at the same time. Very impressive young man. The Whopper was fresh and actually looked like the picture. Fries bingo. Good job to you all.

To whom it may concern, This was never my burger king of choice. But after my last visit I’m going to make this my primary point for fast food. I received great service , fast service in a clean and well presented fast food establishment. The service representative was the name “Nyheem” In this day and age of customer service it was very refreshing to have someone kind and courteous and well knowledgeable of his job. He use suggestive selling tactics that help me in my choice of my order but did not hinder the cost of my purchase. This young man is a credit to the establishment he works for.

Very bad experience. I had to wait at the drive through order both for 10 mins before someone took my order. The person who took my order was very rude, he didn’t understand the order and charged me more even after I explained him the order three times. When I asked him to fix it during the order pick up he started fighting with me and started to telling me how I don’t know how to order properly. He just wouldn’t listen to anything. Also the service was very slow.

I had an excellent manager Athena, who gave me my order for free, because of 2 mistakes. It was a pleasure to see a young manager so determined and dedicated for Burger King. The food was below average, but her refreshing attitude made up for it.

Ordered nuggets and fries at the drive thru. I sat at the window for at least 5 minutes waiting for my order. I figured that they were cooking fries but I’ll never know because not one of the three people I saw working there could bother to tell me what the problem was or how long it would be. I know it’s probably too much to ask for a little professionalism but this really takes the cake.

I went here 6 months ago and was disappointed.. went back again tonight, and was disappointed yet again. At first I was happy when i realized that i was only the 3rd car in the drivethru line, because I figured I’d get my food pretty quickly. I could not have been more wrong. After waiting in the drive thru for nearly a half hour, the cashier rudely asked what did you order. No apology for the ridiculously long wait or anything. The food here is less than mediocre, the employees are all rude, and the store is dirty. I’ll eat somewhere else in the future!!

Quite possibly the most poorly managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever set foot in. That said, the food tasted just as good as at any other Burger King I’ve been to. By the way, this was the first review I’ve ever posted–never felt compelled to do so before. That’s how awful the service was at this place.

well if burger king goes out of business i wouldn’t be surprised. The hours on the website and the door says until 12am, and they were closed at 9:30pm! I came here just to get dinner after being at work all day since 9am, & they were closed!
