I stopped in the artisan as a tourist to the area and will never go again. The food was overpriced for the quantity you receive. The flavor was absent in every dish my group ordered. The store was not prepared for customers as they didn’t have any breakfast at breakfast time and lunch wasn’t prepared yet. Left 1 star because I couldn’t leave a zero

Highly recommended! We hosted an outdoor rehearsal dinner at The Artisan and used GTexas Catering. The food and service provided by GTexas was outstanding (grilled chicken was amazing!). The catering staff was friendly, professional and kept everything flowing perfectly.

What a phenomenal place to have cocktails on the terrace. I’m always looking for a great patio to have a glass of wine… this was by far, much better than a patio. You can see all over Dallas with the amazing view at the Artisan Bar. Love the food menu with nice sized portions, enough to have a variety and share. I’m looking forward to the opening (very soon) of the main restaurant, as it is just as nice inside as it is outside. With the amazing staff and scenery, I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the Artisan Bar.

When they were at the top of the steps the food to me was much better. Got a burger recently and it was dry and the bun was even different. So much liked the burgers they had with the awesome fries at the top of the steps. Last two times that I ate there, wasn’t impressed. Some say the third time is the charm. Not for me.

Outrageous prices and inconsistent food. Some of their food is amazing and reasonably priced, but mixed quality, terrible customer experience, and high prices causes me to waver between 2 and 3 stars. A recent lunch with an awesome turkey pot pie ($8), tepid brussel sprouts ($3.50), and a drink set me back $15 after tax. They handed me my food immediately while I waited in a long line.. asked me to bag it myself, and expected a tip.
