I hate leaving bad reviews, but the way things cost these days, I have to complain. We’ve gone to this location a few times now, and it is SO inconsistent. We showed up this morning, around 7:30. Their Cold Brew was out (why didn’t they check stock, and equipment before opening?) After several minutes they got it going…We both got Large. When we got home we ended up dumping them. It was gross! We will be going to the Chaffee location from now on. Just too many inconsistencies at this particular location.

Have gone here a few times, most of the time the staff is friendly. Today, not so much. The girl acted like taking my order and money was the biggest inconvenience. I said good afternoon before placing order , super pleasant, I received the most bland attitude – nothing, not even hello. Just a drive up. Why you here? Get up to the window. She is just standing there. So now I won’t say anything to you. Scan my card, here’s my credit. Gives me my donut, walks away another worker walks over gives me other food item and then says I’m sorry are you waiting for something else. Yes my coffee. Meanwhile attitude employee leaning on counter scrolling on phone. Told worker that the girl had a bad attitude. Again, I frequent TH’s locations quite frequently. This girl, should not be in CS working with the public.

Hello Tim hortons when I order a large drink. Can you at least fill it up instead of three quarters full and say it was foam. And when a customer is alone at counter asking for assistance here’s an idea walk over and speak with them. Not moving and expecting the customer to holler what they want from a distance is lazy. And then i told her i dont want to holler she visably disgruntedly trudges over. I showed her the lg drink i just got is only 3/4 full. She says its because of the foam. Hello…there is no foam and can she please fill my cup. Lol she continues to one-sided argue with me while filling it. And she appeared to be the mgr. Yeah i dont plan on going back.

Extremely disrespectful and are thieves. They will over charge you and double charge you, they will argue with you about it and the manager Denise is horrible she will completely ignore you when there is a problem just walking away after their employees rob you! Check your bank info they admitted doing this to multiple customers!

Very inconsistent with most items, has now taken the top spot on my list of worst Tim Hortons in WNY. I have even asked other locations if they have specific recipes for each item. They said of course, every tim Hortons item should taste and feel the same at each location. Regularly undercooked sandwiches, drinks not mixed, orders incorrect, even while the manager is there. At least they are friendly and they don’t make you use a stupid paper straw.
