Worst BK in the county. Ordered a bacon king without ketchup. Got Luke warm, dry patties with cheese in the wrapper (not on the burger) stuck to the bottom of the bread and the paper. It was like they literally “threw” it together. Frys were fresh, but had 0 salt on them. Tried to get the cheese onto the burger but it was too stuck to the outside of the bun, it was not possible. Eventually threw out the food cuz it was gross without cheese and not hot at all. Tried to call to complain and nobody answered the phone. Do not recommend at all. Drive to Ottawa if you want BK. Cold, bland food not prepared properly and is likely unsafe due to how cold it was when served. Wasted 15 bucks and then couldn’t reach anyone by phone to give them an opportunity to correct the issue.

For a burger king location it’s a 5/5, one of the better ones I’ve tried, but for overall fast food restaurant rating, I’d say – 4/5

It’s always mixed service here. It’s either really bad or decent. Food always takes a while but I get that their short staffed. Place is messy sometimes but you can tell if there is good workers working. I’ve also met a rude worker who would remake a sandwich that was messed up but instead wanted it back(safety hazard much) but the next time we went in we talked to a amazing manager who made it better!

My husband and I were here recently.No one else in the restaurant at all..Several booths were dirty..Old fries on them and under the tables..Booth seats had debris on them as well..Front of the house staff standing around when they simply could grab a cloth with some bleach water and wipe down the restaurant.Windows on the building looked to not have been cleaned in months…Its busy work that would make the staffs day go faster when they arent busy and people would want to come back..The food was good.Ill say that .The soda machine has A LOT Of unavailable flavors as well…..

Was out of cheese? When they’re always out of cheese?? Fries were unsalted. And im pretty sure when you tell them everything it’s not just mayo and piddly amount of condiments- there’s also ketchup and mustard. Had no idea making a burger was that hard. My four year old could make a better sandwich.
