Some of the staff can not make change. Give them credit card or use your phone. But DO not give them cash. Popular with Hermon high school kids. Been here 4 times over last few days. Now, they know us, I like the shift manager. Did I mention that they have nice chairs in this place. Real nice, like the other coffee shop that I don’t name here. Coffee aroma is not strong, but I smell donut .

The Mrs and i live within walking distance of two Dunkin Donuts yet we would much rather travel here to get our coffees. Dubkins have been going downhill lately but this location is amazing. Orders are always right and done well, you can tell the employees actually care about their job and their customers. Always greeted with super friendly people and our orders are always made fantastically and are always tasty. WELL worth the trip from brewer to hermon.

Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. We were in a rush so I went inside. With one person ahead of me in line inside it went quick and smoothly. The guy at the register was awesome – very friendly and a great attitude. He was taking orders and then going to make them – Rockstar and he made my drink perfectly! 🙂

These guys need to get their stuff together. They were a hot mess at the drive thru this morning. Made my order, then had to tell them the order again at the window. Further, they told me they were out of an item AFTER they had charged my card for it. Probably won’t be back.
