All three of our locations ( Ashburn ,Chantilly and Alexandria) are different styles, but all serve the same delicious food that The Burger Shack is known for! We use the best ingredients available- fresh and never frozen!

If you are looking for an amazing burger that is cooked to order, then this is the burger joint for you. I have been to this restaurant many times and never had an issue. I always get the Ring of Fire Burger. If you enjoy hot/spicy, then give it a try. French fries always come out hot and fresh.

Positives: High quality food! Fresh and made to order burgers that are perfectly customizable. Great portions for price, seasoned amazingly, and probably some of the nicest service workers I’ve met. Very clean place and the workers were constantly cleaning the tables. The best burger place I’ve found in NOVA so far.

Oh man, definitely one of the top burgers or maybe the top burgers in the DMV. This place is well lit and clean. Customer service is on point and useful when asked about the different items. A lot of options for burgers, sides and toppings. Good for the whole family. Price is very affordable. I strongly recommend.

Hot dog and chicken tenders were okay but Burger wasn’t tasty at all. The ring of fire burger had raw jalapeño pepper in it and dry meat without taste. Seriously, I didn’t like the burger at all. Also they had big orders for to go I guess because we got our order 30-40 minutes later.Cost wise, prices are little high for the quality you get.

The Burger Shack lives up to all it advertises to be. Enjoy a thick, juicy cheeseburger with classic American fast food-style fixings. I enjoyed my upgraded side to tater tots instead of fries. My wife enjoyed the fries, but we both agree they are over-seasoned. The additional add-ons to the burgers are well-prepared. I enjoyed the grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and bacon. The level of customization is easy to navigate and comes out accurately. Because all orders are customized, the wait may be a little longer during high traffic times. That said, your order will always come out piping hot. I was able to enjoy my tots fresh and still have a hot burger waiting for me afterward. We enjoyed the spacious indoor dining, but there is also a beautiful outdoor, covered patio space.

This is the same company as the one on 50 in Chantilly but completely better in many ways. The Chantilly location has great burgers but parking is a mess and little seating and reeks of grease. This place is super clean. I know it is new but it is really clean. Burgers are just as awesome. If you’re unfamiliar, these are greasy burgers. They are messy in the best way. Also large fries are like a basket that could feed 2-3 people. Guys behind the counter were super nice. We’ll be back.
