If I could leave 0 stars I would, we had a “hair” baked into our pizza from the Pizza Hut that’s located on Riverstone parkway in Canton, Ga. Extremely disgusting and unsanitary! Make your employees wear hair nets. Order was place on 4/18/23 and pizza was ordered at 7:10-7:20 pm. I want my money refunded.

Ordered a pizza and when my daughter went to pick it up they had no record of it. I double checked the location and number and both were correct. Then when I called back, they hung up on me.

This is the second time trying to place an order online and they couldn’t take the order. Called and placed it over the phone, the people take my card info down as if it all went through and then not 5min later someone is calling back saying they can’t take the order. Such a disappointment. Pizza Hut has gone so down hill.

Waited over an hour for delivery after the site said it was on the way. The driver didn’t deliver everything in the order. Went by the store the next day and they offered to make the missing items or refund. I wish I had taken the refund. 30min for an “8 minute wait”
