First time at this location. Wonderful customer service throughout our meal. Took a little longer than anticipated for food to come out considering the restaurant was kinda empty. However, the steak sandwich I ordered was delicious and bread fresh. Restaurant was clean and outdoor patio was perfect to enjoy the nice weather.

Don’t order from here using the app, they won’t save you time as everything is self-serve; drinks empty cups, no condiments as requested, only napkins were to separate the parts of the order for two people that was all in one bag.

Usually the burgers are pretty good. Dislike the request for tip at payment. No one is providing that exceptional of service to expect a tip and is the reason I gave a 2 as opposed to a 5. Pay your employees better if you want them to get more money. Cost for 2 combos is 5$ higher than InNOut & their burger is better. Burger was over salted… Still tastes fine but I couldn’t finish it due to salt.

I stopped in on a Thursday, approximately between 11:45-12:15…there was a lunch rush and the place looked understaffed. The kiosks were open for patrons to order since there was a wait to order at the register.

They offer Vegen burger, that was why I went to this restaurant, but they gave a bacon Chicken burger in my takeout bag instead of Vegan burger I ordered. I found it out after I went back to hotel. It was too hot to going back to the store. It really ruined my dinner. I dumped the burger to crash bin.

I showed up 10 minutes just before they closed, didn’t rush us, great service, wonderful ladies at the register, made sure we had everything. Food was DELICIOUS! The chefs didn’t miss a beat! My onion rings were so crispy! Thank you!
