It’s was nice bathrooms were very dirty but waitress was kind attentive. We ordered multiple items 2 apps 3 entrees a side order as well as a meal to go and 2 desserts to go. As soon as i got home I opened the desserts to put away and was extremely upset the sponge for the short cake was so small as well as the apple crisp. For 16 dollars worth of desserts I was really thrown off I’ve worked in the industry and my spouse still does we also eat out quite a bit and we were told when called it’s portioned out well to charge that amount for a piece of angel food cake is comical at least the apple crisp was slightly bigger. We did get a refund which truly isn’t what I wanted at all I would rather bring to the attention of the folks who work there that it’s a little absurd it’s 1 bite both desserts it’s a dessert sized for a 12 month old baby I’d stay away from ordering dessert it’s a rip off.

I went to Box Seats today for lunch with family after my sister’s funeral. I ordered an eggplant parm sandwich. I got sweet potato fries and they were so skinny and overcooked so I told the waiter I didn’t like them and could I have regular fries which he brought me. The eggplant parm sandwich was so bad. Tasteless and dry. The waiter came over and asked us how it was and I told him the fries were good but the sandwich sucked. My sister couldn’t eat her sandwich because it was also dry and tasteless. Her onion rings were dry as well. I had him take my plate away and when he brought the bill the sweet potato fries were still on there so I asked him about it and he said well they still had to cook them. Horrible how they have deteriorated and I will never go back

Took 20 min to get a drink, chowder was cold and tasted sour.French dip was dry and no dip, baked haddock was mushy and mashed potatoes were cold. As we were told they were very busy yet we were the only ones in the dinning room. 4 male employees setting in a booth and 4 standing out in the entrance buying lottery ticket from the machine. Not a pleasant dinner experience.. chances are we will not be back. 105.00 lesson learned.

Great menu with the most gluten free options that I have ever seen. Had the Reubens sandwich and it was superb! Pastrami is nice and lean. Sweet potato fries are perfect! Staff is super attentive and helpful. Such clean facilities, too. Will definitely be our new favorite. Most highly recommend.

Met some friends for a late lunch at 2pm. Service and seating was great. We ate outside table had tablecloth on them. When we were seated they gave paper menus. Good idea. The server name Seamus came back and took beverage orders as soon as we all were seated. When they came back to bring beverages they took our lunch order one of the people in our party has a gluten problem. It was very accommodating they had over 70 items on their menu that were gluten free. He ended up ordering a nacho plate from the appetizer menu with pulled pork, one other friend ordered the impossible Burger she got hers with steak fries which also were gluten free another person in my party ordered cheeseburger with regular french fries and pepper jack cheese. I ordered a half-dozen clam cakes and a side salad. I got blue cheese salad dressing on my salad. I also got an order of onion rings from The appetizer menu cuz they were gluten free . As he was taking our orders he was putting them into a tablet he had in his hand which then sent them directly to the kitchen. I thought that was very cool. When the appetizer onion rings came out they look very nice but unfortunately they were not hot. In retrospect they really weren’t warm. My friends started to eat them in anyways before I could say anything to the server. In a few minutes a brought out the meal everything looks wonderful. Very refreshing fresh looking. He came back again two or three times with water excetera. After trying my clam cakes I found after the first two cakes that there were no clams in them and if they were overly moist in the center like they weren’t fully cooked yet a very crispy on the outside. My salad was not cold or chilled it was a bit on the cool 2 warm side. I spoke with the server who took away the clam cakes the manager came over and apologized. He took it off the menu but I was kind of disappointed because I was really looking forward to them. My girlfriend’s steak fries with her impossible burger or excellent they came out scalding hot like fresh from the fryolator not too crispy very soft in the center and not greasy at all. My boyfriend’s Burger was excellent he said but his fries were not hot. My friend who are the nacho plate with pulled pork said it was very good. I know that everyone is going through a lot of this time with the virus and stuff. So I’m willing to overlook things looking forward to going back and trying something else as I know I’ve gone there many times in the past before this and everything has been excellent. But hope everyone did a great job and a great experience.

Barely any patrons in the restaurant yet our waiter was seldom seen. Food was OK. 3 hours into our dining we decided to ask the manager for assistance and she seemed clearly put off with a simple request. Won’t be going back.

Had the 2/$24 Tuesday special – I had the salmon, which was flakey & moist & my Dad had the burger. Overall, both were ok. Nothing exciting, but not bad either. Special came with a salad, a soup, & either a small sundae or pudding for dessert. Good value. Our waitress was nice & respectfully attentive.
