Usually everything about here is 5 stars however this morning not so much and maybe it’s because I personally came too early. Ordering was a breeze it, I always get a Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel minus the egg and a large Sweet Tea. As I anxiously wait for my food I was offered my tea first. At the very first sip it tasted like it had been there all night just sitting. Out of all of the Dunkin’s I have been to until today this location always made it perfect. One sip was enough to know I couldn’t continue to drink it, I informed the young lady when she handed me my food that it didn’t taste right. She proceeds to tell the other young lady behind the counter, she dumps it out then proceeds to make a new one however when she hands me this one she asks me to taste it in which I do. Instantly the tea taste like a combination of both tea and coffee. I don’t need a third remake to know that I just won’t be coming back for drinks in the future which is disappointing because I loved this location.

I go here every week on my way to the library and it used to be great. However, in the past few months, it has gone completely downhill. The people are nice, but they have consistently gotten at least one thing wrong in every order (usually more than one). I have worked this exact job, so I understand the demands, but when it’s a relatively simple order and it’s not even busy? It’s getting to be more trouble than it’s worth.

I come here all the time and usually don’t have as much of a problem but recently I’ve been asking for a butter pecan iced signature latte and they keep giving me the turtle latte. It’s highly annoying because sometimes when I’m in a rush if I don’t read the side of the cup before I pull off to tell them they gave me the wrong one then I’m stuck with one I don’t like. So I will not be going for a while now. Because as much as these drinks cost I should be able to get the one I actually ordered every time. Also after reading other reviews I agree with a lot of them that they often get your order wrong. If you go here please check your order thoroughly before pulling off because they will just try to give you anything.

This place is not reliably open during posted operating hours. You can go and the “open” sign will be lit, workers will be inside, it’s still several hours before closing, but the door will be locked and you will not get your donuts. This has happened often enough that it is a pattern, not an isolated incident. I don’t know if they need to revise their operating hours or what. At the very least, they should turn off the “open” sign if they aren’t letting customers in.

They serve freshly baked pastries, coffee ,their signature donuts, sandwiches and more. Its a small space but I think it’s still okay for a mid-afternoon coffee/tea and if you just want to quickly get some work done on your laptop.First time here and the service was okay.

Every time I get glaze donuts from this Dunkin’ Donuts they are hard dry and have no glaze on them. Take the old donuts off the rack and stop selling that mess. This has happen to many times people check your box before leaving. You will never get my money again. Just TERRIBLE

The donuts were very dry and hard. The cashier didn’t understand English and added things to my order that I didn’t ask for and didn’t understand what a AARP discount is when I ordered a six pack of donuts he started to fill the order without asking me what donuts I wanted.

I liked this branch of Dunkin I always order Mocha Cappuccino Blast and it taste good the employee is nice compare the one in Mitchellville Plaza there Mocha Cappuccino is too sweet did not taste they put coffee in it.

Place used to consistently get my orders correct, now something is always incorrect either I’m missing food or my coffee is made incorrect. I have given them plenty of chances but I’m not returning to this location anymore.
