Joined our friend and his family here for dinner. Thanks to his recommendation otherwise we would never have found this little Shanghainese jewel on a dominantly Korean eatery street! They served good authentic soup dumplings! Ask for the authentic ginger vinegar for your soup dumplings btw. Had a fantastic dinner here, will definitely come back again!

Pretty much everything is delicious here! Xiao long bao might be better in the city, but these are still very good as far as NJ goes. The jellyfish appetizer wasn’t as crunchy as I prefer either, but I HIGHLY recommend the cucumbers. Cost is a little on the high side for Chinese food but the quality is miles better than what you’d receive at a typical takeout place. We’ll have to come back for the lunch special!

One of my favorite places. I came here on a Saturday night and of course, it was packed. Even though, they took me in and sat me down and it was okay because I was about to eat 2-3 person meal by myself! I ordered crab meat + pork soup dumplings, sesame chicken, and pork fried rice and you bet I finished all of it! I love this place.

I needed some soup dumplings and a lot of the spots that serve it in the area are overrated. I saw I had Old Shanghai Soup Dumpling bookmarked so we stopped in on a Saturday at around 2:30. There were still a lot of tables dining at that time. We ordered the crab soup dumplings, pan fried pork buns, spicy house special fried rice, and the crispy chow mein with beef.

My favorite place to get soup dumplings in town! The dumpling’s skin is thin, and the filling is good, so juicy. They make excellent dumping here, and the quality is consistent. Besides the soup dumplings, I tried pan-fried pork buns, shrimp wonton soup, and sticky rice shumai. They were pretty good. For the main dish, beef with chili pepper and beef chow fun were good. But come here to eat soup dumplings, and I recommend complimenting your meal mostly with other appetizers. The main dishes are okay, but their soup dumplings are superior. Service may be hit or miss. Sometimes the service is good, but sometimes it is minimal and feels rushed.

I’ve been getting takeouts during the pandemic. But today is the first time dining in. The soup dumplings and the fried buns are fantastic for dining in. One of the best anywhere. They need to be eaten hot though. The other dishes are fine for takeout.

So delicious. Our experience was fast and efficient. Soup dumplings are a little pricey but worth it. We were seated immediately upon arrival and received our order within 6 minutes of ordering. Love the complimentary tea at the table. We also tasted the pan fried pork buns which were also delicious. Staff was friendly. We will be back!

Oh man this place was absolutely amazing i loved everything i tried and the soup dumplings were to die for, so mouthwatering and flavorful, The sesame chicken was crispy and delicious. Loved how authentic the food was and the portions were pretty large. I left the place thinking about what ill order the next time i come by.
