This place leaves a lot to be desired. My companion and I decided to try this place for lunch for our first (and last) time. My friend doesn’t care for sushi but agreed to go for my sake. She ordered the ‘Level Chicken Fried Rice’ from the Lunch menu. It really should have been called ‘Where’s the Chicken Fried Rice’. Must have been at least 50cents worth of meat I’d say and way too salty. Despite what the menu says we were told this item does NOT come with your choice of soup or salad. Then they tried to charge $13 when the menu clearly says it’s $9. When I questioned the amount they wanted to debate it with me and when I said please bring the menu back they had a meeting at the counter for several minutes before adjusting the bill to $9. No apologies. Our waitress wasn’t rude but not pleasant either and we did not feel welcome or comfortable; perhaps a bias against seniors. Our waitress wore jeans with more holes than barn cloths. Shabby and not so Chic. I ordered 2 maki rolls and they were okay. That’s the best I can say for the Akira Level. We just wanted a simple lunch and this is definitely not the place for that.

Have dined in and had carry out and every time I have been extremely satisfied. Prices are good, staff is friendly and prompt and the sushi is just far better than anything in the area. I have had sushi all across the country and the freshness and quality match some of the best I have had on the west coast. Portions are perfectly sized and priced. Nothing worse than sashimi that is way too thick or nigiri that is too small. I highly recommend you try their sushi for yourself before judging by any reviews, you will be very satisfied

Great experience! We ordered the Crunchy Roll and the Spider Roll, and an appetizer of Cream Cheese Rangoons. Also Chashi Ramen and a side of hibachi noodles. Everything was well prepared, tasted fresh, and the presentation was lovely. Definitely coming back! Also loved the little honeydew candies that had at the counter lol ❤️
