Paid 11.99 on door dash for a good majority of my meat to be pure pieces of fat.

Overall Dickeys offers what you would expect from a fast food based BBQ restaurant.

Everything was good except the brisket. Turned out dry and tuff mainly because it was cut with the grain instead of against. Everything else was really good. Pulled pork sandwhich was amazing. The beans had a good kick to it. The mac and cheese was Creamy!!!

Perfect place if you like BBQ! Friendly staff, clean, the only part of it I didn’t like was that some of the kielbasa they usually have was out of stock. Still, great price for great food!

Each time we visit we get more and more disappointed. The food was freezing cold by the time we got to the table which is saying something. I can’t imagine that their food is actually staying above the danger zone. I wouldn’t be surprised if you got food poisoning from here. I ordered a baker with chopped brisket. Even the baker was a LUKEWARM and those can stay pretty hot. The only hot part about my meal was the BBQ sauce which I used to warm up my entire meal. My daughter also had the brisket and you can tell just how dry the brisket was and i Made sure not to get the ends of the brisket as those tend to be more dried out. The way they are keeping the meat warm is just drying out all the meat. My husband had the 3 meat plate with jalapeño cheddar sausage and pork along with Mac and cheese and the baked potato casserole. The sausage and pork was also Lukewarm. The sausage you could tell had been sitting in the warmer for sometime and those take the least amount of time to cook. The pork had no natural grease/“juice” which will cause the pork to dry out more rapidly. My husband had to dip it into the bbq sauce for it to be edible. The baked potato casserole (bpc) you can tell was old as it was super thick. I use to work at a Dickeys in another state amd the reason that would happen is if it was from the day before (leftovers) or it has been sitting out for hours that the moisture has now evaporated from the bin. A lot of the menu was crossed out they didn’t have the new sausage as advertised on the sign ON THE COUNTER and the staff has no idea what they have. They were out or no longer carry turkey, ribs, cold sides, or fried items. They were also out of carbonation so drinks were limited as well. Basically it was DEFINITELY not worth the money to eat there. The baker was $11.00 with brisket! A 3 meat was $18.00! and since we went on a Sunday the kids meal was free. The only good thing about our visit was the bbq sauce that was hot and made the food edible. The customer service was okay. She was nice.

What a joke. They advertise all you can eat ribs on Tuesdays however manager Ivan will argue with you when you ask for more ribs. He said no we will bring out beans and bread and the other junk because we do not want to to eat all of our ribs. Bring it all out then however all the other stuff will go to waste. You will be throwing it all away. Seems wasteful to me.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Sausage was like 50% fat. Half the menu was taped off. Employees standing there on their phones. 75% of tables were dirty. Looked like this place was going out of business.

Been to this Dickey’s location several times and it’s been great. But this time not so much they were out of sausage the food was cold, portions smaller than usual and service not so great. We had to ask for rolls and bbq sauce.

This is my what 16 doller 2 meat comes like. If i could give no stars i would, we ordered delivery thru dickys online ordering. 2 dried out ribs that were uneatable. Anyone with any pride in there bbq would have trashed them. The brisket supposed to be sliced, but just a hunk of dried out meat really… food was way later than estimated, yeah i get it its an estimate and stuff happens and we didn’t get our kids drinks to top it off….all i have to say is never again
