I have to say this pizza joint is something else! The owner is phenomenal, and I swear he is putting something magical in his Cajun pasta, it’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth. I caught my buddy Vic doing a dance in his seat after taking a bite. Just fantastic. All in all, I’d give this place five stars and a standing ovation.

The employees at Palermos Italian Grill are just as amazing as the food is. Tonight, I was across the street doing laundry and lost track of time. It was 9;15 pm, and I was supposed to bring home 2 pizzas for my family. I called to see if they were still open, and one of the employees answered and very happily took my order. I said, “Are you sure it’s not too late?” And he said “naaah it’s no problem at all! We’re happy to make it for you!” So when I got there at 9:30 pm, I asked them what time they closed, and they said, “You really wanna know? Well, we actually closed at 9 pm.” I said,” Oh my gosh! I’m so sorry!” They said,”Oh no, don’t apologize. If we’re still here, we’ll make the pizza for you. ” They continued to tell me how much they appreciated me for being a customer, and they didn’t even know me! So I want to say thank you to the wonderful workers who served me that night. You are the two of the most amazing people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with!!

Just got a steak Stromboli from here and it was burnt on the bottom real nice could barely cut through it a reminder why I don’t go to this place often And it’s 2 blocks from my house Like he didn’t see that this is burnt on the bottom really Hard as a rock on top Never again. horrible.

Good pizza! Was loaded with toppings and the crust was light and crunchy. My only complaint is it was luke warm and should have been in the oven longer. I look forward to trying other items on the menu!

Great Food and and even better service, my garlic knots were forgotten by accident. I was refunded and they redelivered them after refunding me. The garlic knots were absolutely perfect also nice and soft. Cheesesteaks were delicious and my daughter loved her hoagie wrap. This was my first order from this store and they didn’t disappoint. Excellent delivery service!

Not sure what’s happening with this place but the last three times the food was scrap! Pizza was horrible, barely any sauce, they don’t listen when you tell them extra sauce either. Italian sub was lousy as well. I was always a fan of this place but I’m seeing new faces lately and the quality of food is going down fast!! $60 for two pizzas and knots….it better be good!!
