The recipes at Due Dieci are those of regional Italian tradition, revisited with the imagination of talented chef Nicko Moulinos. True to style for his Dio Deka creations, the menu here also experiments with new combinations and flavors while using the finest in quality ingredients. It’s partially my fault since I rolled the dice and ordered the sous vide cooked salmon. I would NOT recommend it. Service was good and the pasta dish my wife had was also good. Certainly not my favorite Italian restaurant in the Los Gatos area. But take that with a grain of salt. I’m just shocked they would serve that salmon dish at all.

Stayed at the Toll House hotel on a recent business trip. Went downstairs with a colleague to eat breakfast. I don’t live in California, where I know some things cost more, but paying $27.99 for a self-serve breakfast where only bacon, eggs, hash browns, oatmeal from a cup, cereals, are the only main choices is not a good value. – I’d steer clear of this experience.

Absolutely love the fettuccine all’aragosta (lobster). The Margherita pizza is a delicious app or main, and cocktails, wine, and service are all great! Excellent spot for a special occasion or for a more high-end, casual evening sitting at the bar.

Went here for the 1st time with my wife last night, what a new hidden gem in Los Gatos at the toll house hotel. Park in the back of the building as that is where the restaurant is located. The decor is very rich & classy. The service was top notch as every few minutes they would check in to see if they can do anything for us, surly attention-to-detail. Food was traditional with a new age twist, fresh & delicious. I will be back monthly.
