My colleagues and I dined here and everything started off great. The receptionist was amazing and our server started off great but throughout the meal fell short. Several items we ordered were left on a tray by another table and ended up getting cold. We decided to cancel the items because we were almost done with our food. Two of the steaks were overcooked and dry. We chose the restaurant because of the location and prestige but it honestly fell short of the diamonds it’s been awarded. For the price point of the steaks we expected more!

First time visit, last time we plan to visit. Husband and I arrived a bit early for our reservation and decided to have a drink in the bar. Bar tender was extremely not interested in providing timely service. Husband and I were the only ones on the bar. He did however, provide extremely fast service when he presented me with the tab. At that time I asked for it to be placed on my restaurant tap, but stated they could not. Waiter was professional and polite, overall service was slow compared to the low number of guests. Food was okay at best and did not warrant the level of our bill. Overpriced items as well as drinks. This was a Magical Dining choice we will soon not forget. By far the worst dining experience in years. Make sure to ask for parking comp or that will run you an additional $32 if you’re not a hotel guest.

Upscale Restaurant with a great selection on wines and cocktails. Indoor and outdoor tables. Outstanding customer service. Our server Joao was very attentive and knowledge of the menu. Food came out in a reasonable time and perfectly cooked. Price are accordingly with food. If you staying in or are close by Caribe Royale Hotel, this restaurant is the right place to spend a good time with a date.

Anour was wonderful!!! Spectacular service and very attentive. We tried this spot for magical dining and it didn’t disappoint. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the steak was great. Cocktails are delicious. Our server was amazing. He made the evening feel special. Highly recommend this place.

Had a not great interaction with hosts on several occasions. My guest I attended the hotel with arrived a night earlier than I did, requested a table at the Venetian for one, and they told her to her face that they do not seat tables of one because it is a steakhouse. As CONSTANT solo traveler, this is just incredibly disrespectful and rude. You never know what a person is going through, and this in particular was a hard night, and this really hurt my guests feelings. It was just so not okay. They also don’t answer their phones, you have to be in person at their host stand to request a reservation. The food itself was alright, the service inside wasn’t bad, but with the experience on our first night it made it very hard to want to go back and give it another chance.

Ambiance is great, food is to die for. My mother and I ate here Friday and Saturday. Our waiter Anouar, was polite, accommodating, and a perfect gentleman! We liked him so much we requested him the next day! A great place to go and drink awesome wine and eating amazing food! The bartender was wonderful, the hostesses were really nice, and all of the other staff were friendly and really sweet. Just a great place to go.

We went here for our anniversary and honestly it blew our minds with the service and food, and made us feel very special! Our server (Joao I believe) was wonderful and the hostesses were excellent! We had a wonderful meal with some perfect wine. We highly recommend this and might stay at the hotel attached to it just for this restaurant!
