Guest ordered the kids quesadilla with steak, guacamole, chips and salsa, & apple juice for only $6.08! The quesadilla was super plain – nothing special – they give you the meat on the side. They had music playing in the establishment; clean area; good vibe; friendly staff; good location and great pico de gallo salsa.

Ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl which included a second meat…Pork, the cashier was snarky stated charge was $11.48, I give her $21.50 (a Twenty, a a One and 2 Quarters) expecting $10.02 change back, she gave me $1.02 and refused to reevaluate or rectify her mistake or even refund my purchase, asking me to move along along with all her other Mexican Coworkers, totally ignoring the mistake, straight up trying to rob me, I refused to move from the counter, called Police out of frustration, she called Security who exasperatedly refunded my purchase, after trying to give me a bill for $18 and change (in which case change from $21.50 would be over $2, not $1.02. Went to another Chipotle they said the bill should’ve been $15 and change for 2nd Protein, not $18, The Chipotle on 4th street is Populated by Mexicans, Guess they have issues with Blacks, Oh Well !!!

Good location it gets pretty busy from time to time but they have plenty staff on and take care of all the customers. This place isn’t necessarily the cleanest and the lobby but it’s Chipotle if you don’t know Chipotle is like the new Taco Bell but better yeah so it gets very busy don’t expect your food right away as the line builds very fast and it takes to cook sometime to get to meet up to temperature in order to be served, with that said I’ve only had a good experience

We can never really go wrong with Chipotle in any location. However, this one was interesting. We’re placing an order for 2. This server only prepared 1, then left to complete other tasks, then took over the register to lessen the line. He handled cash and coins. Then, when he realized we weren’t done ordering, he came by to take my wife’s order, prepare it, and pass it on to the next person. THANK GOODNESS he didn’t handle the additions section (lettuce and cheese) bc not once did he change out his gloves. I told the other server to ask him to change his gloves before he handled another customer’s food. It was too late, and he had grabbed cheese and lettuce with the same gloves he used to handle money. When asked to change, he shrugged his shoulders.

So I ordered a sofritas bowl . Which I’d easiest thing you can get right. So unfortunately was the worst I stand corrected. Order wasn’t even right not to mention no sofritas in the bowl as well no brown rice . Some idiot add jalapeños in it so it was so spicy wasn’t enjoyable . How do you mess up on the. I ordered through door dash cause wasn’t feeling good so I could eat something but can’t. I threw it away. Smh…. I usually order sofritas so I was surprise it was wrong. And super nasty!!! Smh…. Not to mention looked like trash too.

This place is horrible . I bought a kids meal for my nephew and the guy behind the counter named Joseph wanted to charge me extra for taco sauce. Then when I asked if they really charge extra for Taco Sauce he rolled his eyes.. Who sells tacos and charges extra for taco sauce. What a pitiful money hungry restuarant..
