I’ve tried Qdoba out in Long Island and discovered there was one in Staten Island. I’ve placed 2 orders via app. The first time, I paid for a pulled pork bowl and there was no pulled pork. Today, I ordered a bowl with cholula chicken. Guess what, no cholula chicken! I’m quite disappointed at this location. I was looking forward to a nice meal on the drive home until I discovered there was no chicken!

Kind of grossed out with food handlers touching money then sticking their hands in food. The place smelled when I walked inside and looked dirty. Ordered cheese quesadilla and they boxed it in with an unknown meat. Threw my food out after paying for it. Ended up going to taco bell. I’ve been there before but was never like this. Umm what can I say… this is the spot if you want a meal that will fill you up. I ordered one burrito with birria and chicken it was the bombdiggity. They packed it soo full that, I only was able to eat half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Now that’s what I called worth it, aka money well spent and I’ll be happy to keep ordering from this place. I definitely recommend everyone try the burritos and their burrito bowls, you get soo much food and it’s delicious. Only pic I have is the bag because the food is gone lol.

Never spend your money in a business that has an “Employees Only” sign on the bathroom door. When customers, especially women & children, are denied the basic right to relieve themselves in a dignified manner and/or wash their hands before eating, then you can take your money somewhere else. There are plenty of other places to eat in Staten Island. Shameful.

I was going to order a bowl, but when I looked at the rice and beans, you could tell they were old and dried out. The meat didn’t look fresh either. I ended up ordering a cheese quesadilla since I figured that would be fresh. It was ok. It’s supposed to come with guacamole and sour cream, neither of which I received. The girl putting it in the box had a bad attitude so that’s probably why. I ended up asking for guacamole on on the side as well as the pico. The pico was just not good. It was basically a flavorless chopped tomato salad with juice. It had absolutely no flavor and just runny. The person taking my order and checking me out was nice though.

Ordered on DoorDash today, missing queso chips and guac it wasn’t a big deal I got a refund but then re-ordered and then arrived queso guac and NO chips. One time is a simple mistake but two is just ignorance.
