Our experience at this huddle house was great except one thing. They would not let my family take their drinks with them to go. They wanted to charge us for another drink, but they let me take my orange juice and my daughter take her milk but they wouldn’t let my family take their tea. Which makes no sense to me because I knew all she did was throw them out. The food and the service was amazing. But it really upset me that she Wouldn’t let my family Take their drinks back to the hotel with them. We spent almost a $100 she would not Give me four cups to let my family take their drinks back to the hotel. She missed out on a $25 tip. I always give 30%.

After spending $85 dollars on breakfast , this overall experience was terrible. I love huddle house and this huddle house is the worst I have ever been too. The food took an hour , the waitress came to our table maybe twice . They were not busy when we went . The food was cold , the waffle burnt , my sandwich wasn’t cooked all the way , the dishes were dirty , asking for condiments was an issue and I could go on and on . Finally at the end of our meal instead of complaining I just asked for a to go drink after tipping this waitress 20 bucks and she says I have to charge you for another drink at regular price . After that I said forget it . Definitely should have asked for a refund since only bites were taking out of our food . We will never return to this huddle house . The health service department should shut this place down . The only way I would even reconsider this location for a second chance is if the manager reached out to me personally and offered our family some sort of credit or free meal with an apology until then I will inform everyone in my area to never go here.

Highly disappointed. I eat all the time at huddlehouse in perry florida. And have never been upset with any huddle house today until I stopped at this one. Took nearly an hour and a half to get my food. Food came out with a cold slice of cheese on top. And cold steak and undercooked eggs underneath. The sugar container was disgusting like it’d never been cleaned. Hash browns were nothing but oil and no fry to them. Over all this specific huddle house will not get my service again.
