I’m so used to always have messed up drinks and poor customer service at the Murphy Dunkin but the new lavon location is a million times better!

Fantastic team of employees and hard working individuals, they just opened up and haven’t had much experience to meet top expectations but still manage to keep doing their very best for the customers. They even extended the FREE medium hot or iced coffees until April 21st, just one day before the Grand Opening! The negative reviews don’t share nearly enough about everything they are capable of, good job guys!

Went inside after being told in drive thru that they were sold out of so many donuts, more being made. And I could come look inside at what was available, it was “too hard” for them to explain to me what was available. Exited line and parked and went inside. Waited 20ish mins inside for more donut holes, none ever made. Coffee drink I ordered wasn’t even drinkable, so bitter. Waited at counter to request to fix the drink, no employee even acknowledged I was there. 7+ employees working and they all were looking frazzled & lost? Perhaps in a few months their training will kick in? Not planning to visit here again anytime soon.

My favorite because it’s quiet. Staff is super nice and helpful. It’s clean and not cluttered. There is one long table inside and a few smaller ones. Several tables on the sidewalk. Probably not a good choice for a large group but 2-4 would be well accommodated.

I decided to try it on a Saturday at 7 AM. The lady who helped me was super friendly, attentive and the first thing she said when I walked in was “Good Morning welcome to Dunkin” with a big smile. I will try it again.

Iced donuts were all bare and had nothing on them. Hash browns were super soggy (couldn’t even eat them). Horrible experience for being a fairly new place that just opened.
