I just went to this location they told me it would be a small wait for teriyaki chicken, then they called me and got my bag drove all the way home. To see this missed a whole side. I go there all the time to pick up food for door dash and when I get there I normally have to wait a good 5 mins to be helped and the food is sitting behind them. To day I go to buy food and I’m the only one in line to have them immediately stop talking my order and help some one picking up an order. To make it worst it was the manager. I guess my skin is working against me today. Not good for 2023 very unfortunate.

0 stars if I could ordered from here via post mates. 37$ isn’t cheap for the slop I received. Brocolli was mush beef was all fat noodles were the only decent thing. I ordered around 9-9:30 and I feel that they gave me all the left overs from the day.

I just stopped in and it was 8:30, they close at 9:00. I was told the food that was there was the only food left!!! The cooks had cleaned up, there was maybe 1/2 order of rice, and entree’s were half gone. Hungry I still ordered what was there and when I got home wished I hadn’t, I think the food had been sitting there for a long time, cold and not very good. Sad!!

Today, Panda got my order wrong. Accidents happen, especially when people are rushing. They were rushing to get through the long line of customers and wrote down people’s orders on the boxes, and pushed them through to pay without even having plates ready.

Food was cold I waited almost 20 min for one of my entrees .after my food was ready the girl helped other customers instead of finishing my order that I seen they had freshly made . Service sucks , employees need to be more attentive. Fresh food should be made as soon as it runs out instead of running out and making everything last minute .
