Went in to order to-go, service was very friendly and they were pretty quick and accurate with the order. They also had a little condiments bar with the pickled carrots/jalapeños, a variety of salsas, and other toppings.

I’d give it negative stars if possible. The staff seemed offended that we walked in. We got a different person waiting on us through out the entire process. The one lone male seemed scared for his life as if the females beat him to death. I write this review as I try not to be sick from the food. Everyone that ate with me is currently sick. Food was fast, to the point it makes sense why we are sick. Everything was greasy and wet. It was VERY hot in the building. Only reason it would deserve this one star is the Sprite to go. I don’t normally leaves reviews but this place needs shut down.

I feel bad 1-staring a local taco shop…. but….Under new management. Dishes were all washed in a very fragrent soap which provided a lesson in how smell impacts taste… an hour after eating, I still have the taste of soap in my mouth and nose. Food comes out fast.. too fast. Chicken was so dry I suspect it was at least a day under a warmer. Enchilada sauce and queso pretty clearly out of cans.

Wow!!! Just wow!!! Best Mexican food I have tasted in Iowa hands down … we ordered the tacos de Asada came with beans and rice my kids wanted pizza hut but after they tried the beans and rice they wanted more so we went back and got 2 more orders. Thank you so much for the great food !

Change of management makes this place awful. I want the old la brasita back. It was an easy option for college students and the system they had was great. Now it’s a longer process and lower quality food for higher prices.
