Pizza was good. That was the only good thing. Was supposed to be ready at 8:30, got there at 8:45, was not ready. Waited a while, then was told there was some confusion and my pizza was never made. Waited 10 more minutes, got a discount on my pizza . Happy! Then I get home, and there is no icing for the cinnamon dessert, and no ranch for the pizza. You’ve got to be kidding me. I go back, not happy, get the icing and ranch, was offered a free 2 liter, took it. Too much stress for pizza man.

It’s about impossible to make an order. I had to yell in the phone to order. Then they didn’t put the delivery fee on when I paid with my card. So when the driver got here he said I owed 5 dollars. Luckily I could scrounge up the 5. Called and the manager said sorry I’ll see who did that was all they did.

Shout to the Domino’s crew who made our dinner tonight. The order combo deal for $19.99 was a perfect bang for your buck! The order arrived promptly, nice-courteous delivery, the pizzas were perfectly crisp. The knots were gooey deliciousness. The Dodge City store was outstanding tonight!

Pizza is good but I do not understand why they can’t add multiple servings of the same topping? Wanted triple chicken as my 3 topping pizza but they said they can’t do triple or even double of any single topping. That’s ridiculous. I’m not asking for a free topping I’ll gladly pay extra if needed but to be told they cant do that like if it’s physically impossible is just not acceptable.

I placed an order today (6/8/21) at 8:10PM. Thirty minutes later, an update was received saying the order was out for delivery. At 9pm I received an automated apology email from dominos having had no communication from the store or the driver. I called the store at 9:00PM to check in the status of my order, and was immediately out on hold. It is now 25 minutes later, I’m still on hold as I type this…

Worst customer service ever!! Ordered pizza three different times. Lost it one, delivered across street arguing it wasn’t my pizza. Excuses that do not have any employees. Winder why?!? Commercials should tell the truth. Worst dominos ever!! Manager doesn’t show any concern for how horrible service is. Says there’s nothing he can do.
