This place is flat out a hidden gem, and if you know you know but BELIEVE me, you want to know! It’s off the road and partially behind an old self service car wash. Like I said hidden. When you look, there’s always a line. I promise you the wait is worth it. The customer service was outstanding! The atmosphere was super chill. To the food, perfect the Green Hornet burger was spectacular. The flavor profiles made my taste buds sing. Coleslaw was done very simply, and was very good. There wasn’t any seating at the location, but we’re in luck… Columbia Park is literally a 2 min drive and you can eat your meal hanging out by the water.

Unfortunately, I don’t get to eat here that often because they’re only open while I’m at work, but when I do get a chance to stop in, I am never disappointed! Food is absolutely amazing, and the service is top-notch. The only downside is the potential line that you have to wait in, but if you have to wait in a line for 5+ people, you know it’s worth the wait!

Behind a simple bay car wash, a little red caboose sits. The aroma that is eloping through the air.. The smell of savory marinated meats grilling at a low sizzle, mixed with the smells of fresh onions and cilantro. Pineapple salsa with serrano peppers.. Mango and pork tacos.. Everyone was GRACIOUS and friendly. Worth driving from Colorado to Kennewick WA!!! 5 out of 5. You won’t regret it. Close to 1,000 reviews of 5 out of 5. The DEFINITELY earn the reputation of excellent customer service and great food at a really good price.

5 star beef burrito, pork & beef tacos were also fire! Put your baby wipes in the freezer before hand, because the habanero hot sauce bites back! Super friendly staff, quick service and a great price point. A taste that made this Texan feel like home!

I’m from the Seattle area but grew up in Pasco. Every time we visit our family in the Tri-Cities we try to hit up El Fat Cat. The food is excellent; everything we’ve tried here has been top notch. The staff are super friendly.
