Manager Reno is a great guy. Used to come here for my pregnancy cravings. They only messed up once! I went back to fix the order and got an extra of what I had order for free and made correctly. They are very willing to fix mistakes.

The staff was very friendly and sociable….when we entered the store a customer was complaining about a partially filled box of french fries….she was a regular and never received less than a full box ….she was told it was because she ordered no salt….I was going to order fries but chose cheese sticks because if that ..I had my usual…French Dip Combo which was delicious. My husband chose the Crispy Bacon Swiss combo…the room is chilly and might be the reason why his sandwich and fries were not hot…nice decor

I got the 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches good portion in each the roast beef was similar to the old Hardee’s roast beef not the roy Rogers roast beef which I had hoped for but price was good service quick and food was warm gives it a 4 star

At first the customer service was great. When getting to the window we realized we forgot to get a lemonade and when asking the lady at the window if we could order one she rolled her eyes and shook her head and said “oh my god” and scuffed. When getting our food the sandwich was cold and the macaroni bowl had less macaroni then a microwave macaroni cup.

Every time I see your ad for the fish fry I get so mad. My husband and I ordered 2 dinners with an upgrade for a orange shake, shake was good, when we opened our meal we each had 3 little pieces of dried up fish and curly fries that must of been sitting for a while as they were cold and like the bottom of the bin. But we were to get fries with this according to your ad. What the heck, very disappointed. Because we were too far down the road our $20 fish fry was terrible
