Walked in at 8:32 a.m. to an empty dining space. Got seated and ordered by 8:40. And then? WE WAITED. And waited, and waited some more. At 9:25 we were going to leave after seeing other guests seated and eating at this point. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and burrito, I think they were waiting for the hens to lay their morning eggs. It appeared the waitress was so busy with doing nothing that she forgot to put our order in. We relayed our intent to leave when lo and behold, the food came out. We were given a 15% discount and a Bloody Mary to go. Breakfast was good, service was awful.

5 Stars for the ambiance and the frozen drinks. You have access to Capri as a guest at Palazzo or The Venetian. The lounge chairs definitely fill up by the pool so come prepared to possibly wait for seating. Capri had a decent amount of menu options but many weren’t available the day I went. I ordered a drink for myself and a drink for friend of mine, and order of fish tacos, and an order of fries to share. The total was $150 after tip which is legitimately insane. The drinks were good. The food was also but the tacos alone were $30. There wasn’t anything particularly special about them that I would value at $10 each. Would definitely come back but would likely skip the food next time and eat somewhere with a better value.

His passion, skill, and attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. We were trying to find a place for a quick bite to eat around 10am before hitting the pool on the last day of our trip. We were having a hard time finding a place that didn’t have a long wait and were happy when we could get sat immediately at Capri. Unfortunately that was the only thing that was quick at Capri. From the time it took to get sat to the time we got our food it was about 40 minutes and all we got was the bagel and lox, the morning express (eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns), and two cups of coffee (which itself took 15 minutes to get). The waitress only checked in on us a few times and when I finally asked her to check on the food, the food came out immediately which made us wonder how long the food had been sitting there. Overall Capri was overpriced for poor service and subpar food and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re staying at The Palazzo.

The servers are not educated on gluten-free food. The burger I ordered on lettuce was amazing, but served with flour-coated French fries. After noting that, I was offered other options. The Caesar salad was great!

While everyone was in line at Starbucks I stopped by the bar at Capri that had just opened and the bartender hooked me up with a nice delicious cup of coffee I appreciate him he has no idea lol. So I decided to have breakfast there and glad I did! The breakfast burrito had flavor in every bite and the hash browns were finger licking good and our waitress was sooo sweet and recommended great choices!! Highly recommend coming here early❤️
