Food was very good, prices have changed since what’s on Google was posted, see my updated pictures. Food was reasonably priced. I got some small batch juices with out asking how much they were… they were 7$ a piece… Definitely worth going to if you’re into Jamaican food.

Found it online. I love me some jamaican food, got my favorite oxtail n rice comes with side of plantains and cabbage. Everything was good, oxtail n rice were great, plantains were great, cabbage was a bit to garlicky but if u like garlic like then im sure you’d love the cabbage as well. But overall great food and portions.

The best Jerk chicken and curry goat I have ever had 5 star and customer service is exceptional. The cleanest restaurant I have ever been to. Warm and comforting staff and fresh food that’s is full of flavor and spice. This is the first restaurant I have been to in Springfield that I was greeted and I felt welcomed.The other restaurants I have been to the customer service was not great at all but Jamaica Spice Paradise is amazing I would recommend them anytime. 100%

We have a specific love and appreciation for Jamaican food so we have sampled from places all over MA, CT and PA. Jamaica Spice Paradise is by far our favorite spot. The owner is an incredible chef who takes pride in all he cooks and was happy to share some of his cooking history with us explaining that his food is original old Jamaican recipes.

We came from out of town and had the taste for some authentic Jamaica food. Googled Jamaica food and was excited wee’d found somewhere to eat. The guy was pleasant and the place was cleaned. We ordered takeout Jerk Oxtails and Jerk Pork. Got to our hotel and ready to dig in. Wow! Was I disappointed! Both dishes was flooded with gravy. . .smothered rice I called it. Both meats were tasteless. Only filled with gravy. The Cabbage had a funny taste, and the Plaintains were soft and tasted like it was fried in old oil. I am not sure how these people gave 4/5 stars, i think they don’t know what authentic Jamaica food taste like and had been bamboozled all this time. Sorry, my recommendation is DO NOT GO THERE!! We called back the place to speak to the guy and got attitude.

Best Jamaican restaurant!!! Best customer service, the lady was very kind and polite. The food was goooood and authentic !! Also the place was clean and menu was easy to read and they have a lot of options. This is definitely my favorite Jamaican restaurant in Springfield.

I experienced friendliness as I walk in through the door. The sweet aroma of spices fill the air as I try to make a decision on what to get. I went for the jerk chicken bone in, which they have a boneless option and curry goat. They explained to me that they cook everything with spice but not with pepper in order to savor the natural spices in the dish which is great so its not over powering nor is it one person’s taste. Making it an option for everyone to try out.

My chicken was raw and chewy, cabbage was soo oily, the rice was mushy, and the jerk chicken tasted like mall Chinese food could’ve been a bad cooking day for them cuz the plantains were decent, but I def won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend
