Usually anytime we order from here, only complaint would be is that they take longer than you’d like to deliver. This time around, delivery took longer than normal. When we opened up the wings, the first two wings that were picked up were covered in feathers. I’m talking long obvious feathers anyone could see if the chicken was cleaned. Money wasted. Needless to say, this will be our last time ordering from here.

Ordered food a hour later driver calls and says he’s outside. I stand at the door for five minutes before calling back to see where exactly he was. I couldn’t get a answer or anything, he didn’t speak English. I called the store. Girl said hold on I’ll find out. While on hold, I can hear her talking to the driver on the phone in Spanish. She returned to the phone and explained that he was at the other hundred of the block and had the wrong address. I say ok I’ll wait for him being as though he’s a block away. Ten minutes go by and I try to contact the driver, no answer..I call the store again for a second time and explain how I do not want the food as of now because it’s fifteen minutes later and he’s still no where in sight. About another 10 minutes go by and he comes knocking at my door..I said to him I cancelled the order, I do not want that food. Where was he at for a half hour? If he was only one number off and right up the block then why’d it take him a half hour to get to me? So here the foods been I don’t know where all this time and I’m supposed to still want it..?? Glad I didn’t pay with my card..

i wish i could put 0 stars!!!! this place is RACIST!they said they were actually american because my sister is african american… hair in my food would not give me a refund ! they said there is always hair in their food is that , that was normal ! when i went to get my refund they called the cops , they called me and my mom and my sister pieces of S**** I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF THE WHOLE SITUATION AND WILL BE POSTING ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

Used to be my go to place especially for the cheesesteak stromboli but I hadn’t ordered in a long time. I ordered a cheesesteak stromboli broccoli bites and a cheesesteak yesterday 7-17-22 the cheesesteak stromboli is still the best and I was pleasantly surprised with broccoli bites they were amazing! The cheesesteak is rated a 3 start by my Dad because of the lack of meat but the roll was good and steak wasn’t overcooked.

There are dozens of pizza shops along Frankford Ave that sell cheesesteaks and we decided to give this one a try. They advertise 8 oz and it feels about right. We got the platter which came with fries. Nothing to brag about, but it is filling. All for $9.15.

I’ve seen their menus draped across the city – stuffed in doors, pinned under wiper blades and even in piles free for the taking in local stores, and I have always said I wanted to order here.
