Cold pizza, forgot drink, wrong toppings, skimpy portions, can’t get ahold of store to rectify this. no one answers the phone!!!! Boooooooooo . .. i had to drive down to the store to get my soda. They’re out of parm so a very nice young lady gave me a $10 refund on a $47 bill and i’m still on hold !!

Good prices and good pizza but never accurate about time of completion of there products. Eta always says 15 minutes regardless. Add 5 minutes to pizza or ten if you dare to order any side items 10 minutes at minimum for a total of 20 to 30 minutes. I wish they would update the timing system to be more accurate. One time I ordered pasta and they said they were running out. Perhaps availability should be updated as well. I’ve been telling them this for awhile but nothing changes unfortunately. Also cancelling orders at the time they were supposed to be complete. Very frustrating. I hope they can improve soon.

Came in to pick up my order they stayed in the back with music Blaring. I waited for someone to come out. Me and another customer sat there for over 25 minutes while they were in the back singing I could see the reflection in the door so I could see them and they where just hanging out while my food set in the warmer up front!!! I’m not over reacting I work in the same kind of busses

Absolutely delicious. I ordered the stuffed crust, the bread was very soft, salted, toasty and tasty, the crust was filled with plenty of cheese. Not all pizza hut locations make their stuffed crust to my liking but this was very very good.

Delivery driver tossed our order on the porch (we have door bell camera) the food ended up falling off the step all on the ground called up the store for a $40 order all we got was a $15 credit what a joke…learned to go to Domino’s from now on they will refund us fully or remake the order great managers….Pizza Hut won’t!!! So if I were you I’d order from Domino’s it’s not worth ordering from this brand new store manger is horrible kinda like the Delivery driver

Over charged for delivery and driver gratuity and the pizza sucked it was cols and disgusting and could not get ahold of the store it was delivered from (no phone number listed) awful experience. Never having pizza hut again, to many other places to get pizza from that is way way way better.
