I ordered food and was greatly disappointed. The chicken melt was sent to the cook to add cheese becausw you could nor see any. The hashbrowns were overcooked and the chicken was extremely dry. I thought i was at a Cajun restaurant. Th3 ham was blackened, the eggs and grits severely undercooked and unappeal8ng to the palette. I could only eat the waffle. Som2e AllStar breakfast that was. Do not visit with high expectations.

The waitress was rude and snarky to my friend the entire time. One of our receipts accidentally fell in the trash and instead of writing a new one dug it out of the trash and put it back on our table after another worker said she should just write us a new one. I normally like Waffle House but my friend being uncomfortable and being treated with an attitude after traveling a long way was unacceptable.

I ordered over the phone about 45 minutes ago. My husband brought the food to me and it was all wrong, so I called back and spoke to someone that stated they would do my order over, I said please make sure my pork chops are they way I stated, she stated she will. when he brought it back it was the same thing as if I never took the order back . Hash browns burnt, Toast burnt, eggs running suppose to be fried and my pork chops are not what I ask for. Cheese mushrooms onions on the pork chops but they still are plain. I’m not going back a third time or calling. I guess I wasted my money I’ve never experienced a problem here. This is my experience the first time bk in along time. (Picture posted in photos)
