During a recent visit to the St. Charles A&W restaurant, I tried the double cheeseburger combo meal. This included a satisfying double cheeseburger, warm and flavorful fries, and A&W’s classic root beer. The service was efficient and friendly, and the 1950s theme of the restaurant, complete with period music, added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

Been going to A&W since i was a kid back in Indiana. Nice to know that the quality continues. Visit this location often with my grandson. Service is excellent and the food is top notch. In and out fast or dine in we love this place

Very nice staff at this location. The food was fresh and made to order, with the exception on the French fries which were good but they were only warm not hot like I would have liked. Overall it was a good meal and I would definitely go back to have lunch again. My one thing I would say to the staff is concentrate on the attention to detail more. The best burger in the world is only average if it is served with fries that are not as hot and fresh as the burger.

Great burgers and servers always friendly! On the day we went there was no CO2 so they poured root beer from a liter bottle into frosted glass. They should’ve said something when we ordered. We looked forward to cold root beer in a frosted glass. The soda was flat also. We were not the only ones to complain about that!

Ordered through the drive through. Workers were more interested in goofing around than in working. Ordered a combo plus an additional order of curds. Only got sandwich and curds but was charged for Combo. When I went in to ask for the correction I was given a lot of attitude, spoken to very disrespectfully and in general treated like it was my fault for ordering wrong.

Fist words come to mine absolutely amazing the concept the burger smell just out standing 2nd time to one and fist time inside of and A&w . I’m a store manager for kfc the staff the help with the menu and everything just wow this location and it’s staff is 10/10 would come back again I would love to to run one of these locations the up front appeal just great !!!! i eat all over st. louis and fast food standards have declined to the point that i almost never eat it anymore. this location is an exception to that rule. the food is always hot and fresh and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. they keep the place clean and it seems like they enjoy working there which is always cool to see. keep it up guys!

I visited A&W this evening. Ordered 3 rootbeer floats and meals, got the floats and they were leaking everywhere. All over the outside and inside of my car. After telling the girl in the drive thru about the floats she handed us a stack of napkins. :/While waiting to get those fixed another employee came to the window and asked if we needed anything else. We hadn’t received our for yet…. what an awful experience. Doubtful I’ll return.

The food is good. Just not a fan of the family pack deal going from 6 burgers to 4 and the price stayed the same. I’d rather forego the root beer, or do a half gallon instead of cutting out the burgers . Bummer. :/
