We were passing through Binghamton on the way to NYC. Checked out some reviewed and discovered this gem. Everything here is made in house. Smoked brisket is moist and just right with a good bark. Ribs are meaty, tender and perfect. Pulled pork fabulous. Mac and smoked cheese is amazing and of course there is the Binghamton speciality speidie which is a deliciously marinated meat grilled. It’s a speduci but worth every mouthful. Dan, the owner is a wonderful host.

Went to Pinkies with the family. The service and atmosphere were sufficient, nothing too special. They were out of collars greens which was unfortunate but we quickly resolved to baked beans as a substitute. The food however was exceptional. The BBQ was delicious, the ribs, pulled pork and brisket were all moist and tender. The baked beans and Mac and cheese were amazing as well. The fried pickles were alright. All in all, a stop that is worth going too. I wish they had a more exciting atmosphere though.

Despite being dead for dine in service these days, the food is still good with the best daily BBQ in the area. If you dine in you can almost always have the whole place to yourself. Prices have gone up for some items recently, but its still a good value. The boss 2.0 remains a standout sandwich.

Stop by to try this place on a recommendation, wow, this place is great. Tried the 2 meat sampler with pulled pork and brisket. Both were smoked to perfection. The brisket had a smoothe smokie flavor, not over powering. The same with the pulled pork, which I put Pinkies own sauce on. Excellent Carolina style sauce, with a hint of spice. My sides were a homemade mac&cheese. YUM! Also baked beans had a good seasoning to them. Will be back again, thanks for the awesome meal.

Average tasting pork with weak but good flavored sauce. Didn’t include the Kaiser rolls I paid for. Basically paid $24 for 10oz of pork and a side of sauce.

Second time ordering food for the Binghamton Men’s Lacrosse team post game meal. Everything was delicious!! Food was delivered on time and hot and ready to go. Rachel and staff were very accommodating!! Will definitely order again. Thank you Pinkies!!!

Pulled Pork and BBQ sauce were very good however side dishes were lacking. I ordered Mac n cheese and collards greens. Mac noodles were way overcooked and almost mushy. This was unfortunate because the flavor wasn’t bad with some added salt and pepper. Collard Greens were straight from a can with ZERO flavor. Corn bread was dry and didn’t appear home made. Would only order the meat again.
