It’s really nice having a pizza place in a spot like this. The pizza was good. I ordered online and by the time I walked in they were ready. Nice n hot! The only complaint is the lady that handed them to me. When I reach and grabbed them I said thank you! All she says is ummhmmm like she had an attitude. Hope she was just having a bad day.

My husband ordered pizza through the app. The app said it was ready at 6:05. I got there to pick up. Told them I had an order for chase. The lady inside said it was cooking. At 6:30, the lady leaves and someone else comes and asks who I have an order for. I say chase, then she whispers to the people in the back what I had ordered. I waited another 10 minutes, and asked if my pizza was ready. She said no we are trying. So I went inside and 10 minutes later I get the bread sticks and a small cheese pizza. I tell her I also have a pepperoni pizza. She looked in a box, closed it then brought it to me. I walk to the car and check, it was sausage pizza. So I went back inside and waited another 10 minutes to get a pepperoni pizza. Will neverrrrr order from Pizza Hut on southern loop again. They need major help in all areas. The first girl who left, had a register with $8 over, but still left. The manager was on the phone the whole time. Their was only one cook and the Second Lady disappeared in the back.

Tonite I waited a long time for our dinner when I was told it would be 20 minutes. After sitting inside the store, and seeing their very small crew work together and try their hardest. I was impressed. If my food was wrong in any way (and honestly I expected it would be) I decided that I’d just go with it. Bless their hearts. They tried. BUT!! this was probably some of the best Pizza Hut I ever had!! The employees were so sweet and spoke nicely and kind to one another. Again, I was highly impressed and I will definitely be going back to this Pizza Hut! Keep up the good work! Pizza Hut Southern Loop

They were busy as expected on Halloween night. I arrived 15 minutes after my pizza was supposed to be ready only to be told that the order was not ready. I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. So I asked if it was really going to be 20 or more like 45? They said it would probably be more like 46 minutes but did offer a refund. This was at 5 PM. I took the Refund. Be aware that if you pay with Apple Pay they cannot refund your money unless you have whatever card is linked to Apple Pay available.

Ordered on the app for delivery and after waiting for an hour and a half I called to cancel the order. I have been on hold for 30 minutes with no answer and still no food has been delivered. That makes 2 hours and counting.

When I placed the order for 2 large 3 toppings pizzas I asked that one be thin and crisp and the other original crust they both were the same. I received 2 original crust i personally dont care for alot of crust. I was disappointed but they taste fine. Im not sure of how soon my next order will be.

One of the pizzas we ordered was the AngryReactions Tastemaker pizza, mainly because it came with a side order of Buffalo sauce. Guess what the Hut left out of our pickup order? Yep – the Buffalo sauce – the entire reason for ordering that pizza! I was very disappointed, and it makes me that much more likely NOT to order from this Hut in the future.
