The team is young but very polite. They were helpful and fun. Will for sure be coming back. They were so tactful and nice to a huge group of kids that came in 5 minutes before close. I work food service and was highly impressed with their hospitality and going above and beyond even though they could have turned away the big group.

When I tell you the service in this location is TERRIBLE is because it is. I’m usually not particular about customer service since I’ve worked on the field before and I know how annoying it is, so I’m pretty understanding. However, these people need customer service 101. Half of the employees had their headphones on and were talking on the phone, and they were very low and lackadaisical with their work. The food was pretty good tho.

At first me and friends would go here and it would be pretty decent and clean and nice workers, now there’s a bunch of ghetto business going on. It’s very dirty and there was lots of wasted food on the floor. It seems like the workers could care less. Go anywhere else if you want chipotle

Wow, this particular franchised location is terrible! Good thing there is another location with better reviews right around the corner – go there! This location is cutting corners and upcharging people against Chipotle’s corporate prices. For example, on a Children’s Build Your Own, they charged me two extras for the typical orange / chips and drink included in this kids meal. When I showed them that I could order on the app to this location at the standard price, an employee yelled at me about how the app is different and what does $3 matter to me. They straight up lied and said they didn’t charge me and then did, then their register was unclear on the refund. The employee was yelling at other workers to reduce portion sizes for the customer before me too. Clearly this franchise owner is cutting corners and this place needs to be reviewed by corporate. Be warned!

I came in at precisely the time my order was to be ready, and told the register person I was there to pick up. She told me curtly that I will have to wait. 25 minutes later, me standing there waiting, no offer of apology and no sign that they will begin making my food. They had been serving new customers that had walked in since I had arrived. At that point I let them know I was canceling the order. Steer clear of this location if basic customer service is important to you.

This restaurant is so clean and modernistic than the old Chipotle in the arena. The only drawback is the bike parking (in case if it was group of people biking along) is by the convention center at Gallery Pl. If it was by one person bike racks all across the 7th St businesses. Overall great experience and a huge improvement than the old chipotle and the food taste much richer and high quality than the other Chipotle restaurants in the area.

The manager Miyana with the glasses and nappy @ss hair is rude and ignorant i asked for sour cream she looked me in my face and ignored then said its not gonna fir. I sat in the line for 6 mins for her to give me a cup or sour cream she sat in on the counter trying to be funny. Everytime shes at work she talks to the customers and employees like they are stupid.

I went here on 4/29/2023 at 7th & H Street, NW location and ordered a Chicken bowel. The store was not crowded at all. Some of the ingredients had run out! No more cheese! I got guacamole at an extra $2.95. The young lady acted like she was afraid to spoon it up and put it on top of my food. This upsets me when they act like this. The fajitas had run out as well, and they were low on white rice.

Multiple times I’ve ordered through chipotles own app and I’ve arrived at my given time to find they’ve closed everything early and refuse to give me the food I paid for. They’ve even kicked me out when I asked for a refund for my mobile order I paid for and didn’t get. I’ve probably had a dozen experiences of the same terrible quality at that location and will never go back
