What a great experience of being there. The customer service was great, even during a influx of customers in the evening. So I got the bacon cheeseburger it comes as a double, it was delicious. I got some toppings of jalapeno and mushrooms it worked with the burger. Also they give you ALOT of fries which is good. I recommend ordering regular if you only have two people maybe if the small one. Really good time I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Five Guys burgers. Not only is the food Amazing. The service is fast, friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Patricia, the GM, is very professional and helpful. It is also mandatory that ALL employees were face coverings at all times. Such an amazing experience. I will go back.

Always fresh and delicious. There’s a multitude of toppings to choose from, so you can customize it to your satisfaction. There’s only two drawbacks. #1) it’s kinda pricey because everything is a la cart. There are no combo meals. #2) It doesn’t matter if you call your order in, they don’t start cooking it until you arrive, so you’ll still have to wait. But in the other hand, the burgers are so good it’s worth the price and the wait.

Always good burgers! The fries were a little more greasy than usual for a Five Guys. The soda fountain where you can mix up your soda is always a hit with my kids, and they had “peach cobbler Coke”. The restaurant seemed clean and the staff was nice and quick with the food.

The food is good but if you don’t know what you are ordering it can be a bit overwhelming . You literally have to tell them everything you want on the burger, which isn’t a bad thing, but the there are about 27 add ons. Most of them are free. I do think the price is a little high for what you get but the burgers are made fresh and are very tasty. I’m not a fan of the fries, but that’s just a personal preference.

The burger was the only good thing. The cashiers and cooks look like they are dreading to serve the next customer. Hard to find a clean table. Fries tasted like they had been sitting for a while. I probably will not be going back for a while.

Great burgers but wasn’t expecting 40 bucks for a couple of burgers. I do have to say that the burgers are absolutely delicious and the fries are awesome. Also don’t order the large fries unless your feeding an army lol. I found out the hard way. The milk shakes are awesome too.

I visited the store in Alexandria, LA on 10/20/20 around 8:00 p.m and I really was surprised at the customer Survice I’ve received. They made my night. I wasn’t sure on what I wanted to order, but they didn’t rush me like many other places. They made me feel like I was there only customer. Thanks Five Guys!!
