Repeatedly got the order wrong, then got defensive and refused to correct their error or make the customer whole. If this is how they treat every customer I’m not certain how they keep in business. I have an allergy so I specifically asked for the side items I could have (which was only three things…not difficult by any means). Instead they included all the standard side items and said it was my fault they got the order wrong because I didn’t disclose what I was allergic to. The chicken was also horrible quality. There were multiple bones, thick and inedible tendons and complete garbage meat. There are plenty of other quality Vietnamese places nearby to choose from, skip this place.

Ordered the pho and full moon crepe. Pho was good, but the crepe was dripping with oil.

Love this place for Vietnamese food. My favorite dish here is the chicken vermicelli bowl that has grilled chicken and egg rolls. The menu is huge and has options for all kinds of appetites and taste buds. Staff is always happy. They also have a great selection of bubble teas

Easily the best pho I’ve had in the entire Portland metro, and I’ve tried probably 20 places. The broth is incredible. And only $9.99. My only complaint is that some of their other food items are a bit overpriced. For example, two spring rolls at $7.99. That seems like too much. But the food is really good.

Most underrated Vietnamese restaurant I’ve been to (mainly because it’s almost always empty) but the food is so super yummy! The salad rolls have pork AND shrimp in it guys, I mean c’mon . Plus the pho broth is probably my favorite hands down. Disclaimer: I’m definitely not an expert in Vietnamese cuisine, I just happen to really enjoy this restaurant. Definitely check it out if you haven’t already!

Best Vietnamese food in town! Flavorful entrees and nice people. We ordered take-outs straightforward from the menu, without substitutions and no desserts. Have always been solid!

First of all RAW meat and especially in the Pho. I can hardly fathom the experience I had with a friend at the Saigon Grill off of Walker Road. I pre-ordered food to pick up and was told the approximate pick up time was 20-30 minutes. Me being me I get there in 15 which is 5 minutes sooner then the minimum estimated time. I pay for my Pho, $10.49 and then my friend pays. She got a basic sample plate for 1 person and was charged $20.50, I respectfully asked if that was the correct price and the cashier said yes. Okay so that’s that we move on to go enjoy our lunch break with this food we just bought. I dig into the Pho and the broth is ice cold, I overlooked it considering I had to clock right back in to work and was bound to eating at my desk. I then open up the container of noodle and chicken, as usual I put those contents in the broth. Still colder then ever and I start eating some it when I realized a funky taste from the chicken and broth I then look to investigate the food and realize there is literally red raw chicken in the Pho. At this point there’s no eating my $10.49 Pho. My friend also experienced ice cold food and funky tasting chicken and fish that was in her sample plate. All of these things were terrible to experience on top of the $20.50 it took just for an appetizer for one person! Anyway I respectfully call the grill to mention our experience and let them know our concerns. The cashier was reasonable and kind for the most part and told me she’d call me back, when she did I was told that a refund can be assessed for the Pho but not the other plate. I proceed to ask why And she didn’t have a clear answer since her boss was telling her what to say. I respectfully asked to speak with the manager directly and he came on the line and kept running over my sentences and completely disrespected me as a person. By this point I’m now upset at the fact that I’m being treated so badly because of something that is the restaurants fault. Anyway I continue to voice the issue and he continued to make rude remarks and told me that “there was something wrong with me”. I simply wanted a refund for food that was not of quality and ultimately food that could not be ingested without possible food poisoning. I voiced my concerns and he did not care and told me to take him to court and he will be ready! After that I just let him know that he lost out on two customers and bid him a good day. Overall experience was awful, food and customer service and a very hurtful and mean manager. I do not recommend spending your money there ever. There are so many good Pho places with great customer service and phenomenal food. PhoVan, GoGo Pho and more!

Overpriced and will be my last visit. I ordered grilled pork plate, pad Thai and egg rolls. The price for pork plate and pad Thai is reasonable but they charged $8 for two medium size egg rolls and also they changed $1.50 cause I ordered to go.

The pho is really good but it doesn’t stay hot after a while. Also they cheat their customers with soup. We wanted more because it was so little soup but they said they’d charge us $2 for more soup. I think that’s a bit cheating on their customers. Food is still good though…

Today was my last day at Saigon Grill. I think I went there since I came to America in 2010. Today, we just found out a little bug and hair in the noodle soup, and there was no apology and they just took it. I understand people makes mistake and not perfect, but their attitudes was not good. Thank you for giving me to find another place for Vietnamese food. Last day at Saigon Grill!!!
