My family likes it but I don’t. And they are not consistent in service. One person likes to charge for sides on certain things but no one else does. Plus they are not very clean and the employees rush you through the line.

Update: I decided to give them another try and this time was just as bad as the last few. The portion sizes at this location are ridiculous, I had to pay for double meat just to get a normal sized portion. My bowl had less than a full scoop of rice and the steak was cut as smallest as possible. I’ve never experienced this at any other Chipotle. I’ll definitely be sticking to the Bryant Irvin location.

I order two menu items of tacos, which are supposed to have three tacos per order and we only received two per order. You cannot get a hold of the store the phone disconnects you cannot charge it doesn’t work correctly I don’t understand why there’s no quality control and why people can’t count to three and only two.

Salad greens are consistently old, rotting and brown. Considering all the health scares a few years ago you would think everything would be held to a high standard. The young adults working here give fine service and the place looks clean when I go.

worst chipotle. every time i go the portion sizes are absolutely ridiculous for spending so much. you ask for extra anything, it’s amazing how they give you less than what you’d assume was your average portion size. dry rice, stale chips. i much rather drive to lake worth or fort worth to order chipotle now, i’ve given them chance after chance. if you’re going to order, order inside so you can supervise them making your bowl, cause clearly they do whatever they want otherwise. waste of money.

Not a lot of seating options inside. Service is usually great, but sometime they don’t have veggies or guac ready and you have to wait. Not usually a problem. The food is mostly good, thought I often get stale or chewy chips instead of fresh, which isn’t nice snd shouldn’t be happening.
